Travel Research Fee for Solo/Couples: $20
Travel Research Fee for Groups: $50

Once we've received your proposal approval you will submit your deposit information so we can make all reservations, deposits, arrangements and bookings on your behalf. This next step is on you. Post approval of your travel proposal you will apply your deposit to lock in all of your travel components and confirm your travel itinerary.
Wrap It Up
Let's add in excursions, restaurant reservations, spa appointments and self-guided tips. Around one month prior to travel, you will receive your comprehensive travel documents and wrap-up email all presented beautifully in our trip plans app.
For group bookings, your guests will be able to:
- Learn more about the group trip
- See pictures and videos of the group trip
- Choose a package (room/cabin)
- Choose add-ons or excursions
- Fill out forms and documentation
- Pay a deposit
- Receive an invoice with monthly payment options
